Thank you for your attendance at A-CTEC’s 2024 May Conference. If you joined us in-person or online on May 10 and 11 for this year's A-CTEC Conference: Better Together, certificates are now available for download on the Conference Event Page.

The certificate identifies your attendance at this event, including the number of hours of active learning you have undertaken which may count towards CDP and may be important for any professional records you are keeping.

If you are unable to access your certificate, it will likely be for one of two reasons:

1. You have never accessed the conference event page before and therefore aren’t listed as a participant within this page and so could not be marked as attending on the initial run of names through the system. Accessing the event page will fix this issue and you will be picked up in the next attendance run

2. The email that you used to register for the conference is not the same as the one you are using for you’re A-CTEC account and so the system cannot recognise you. Updating your email to match the one you registered with will fix this issue and you will be picked up in the next attendance run
